public interface KDFParameters

KDFParameters is a preview API of the Java platform.

Programs can only use KDFParameters when preview features are enabled.

Preview features may be removed in a future release, or upgraded to permanent features of the Java platform.

A specification of Key Derivation Function (KDF^PREVIEW) parameters.

The purpose of this interface is to group (and provide type safety for) all KDF parameter specifications. All KDF parameter specifications must implement this interface.

When supplied, the KDF.getInstance^PREVIEW methods return a KDF that is initialized with the specified parameters.

The KDFParameters used for initialization are returned by KDF.getParameters()^PREVIEW and may contain additional default or random parameter values used by the underlying KDF implementation.
